Jacqui Somen's Recommended Marketing Services 2016

Email services: MailChimp is the stand out email marketing tool. MailChimp is easy to use, free up until 2500 contacts (and then very cheap) and integrates with many other apps (or as my developer friend says, "it plays well with others").

Design: For only $6.99 you can create your own logo on MAKRCanva allows you to create fliers, presentations and more. Moo is my go to for gorgeously designed business cards, check out Vistaprint for less expensive options.

Events: Eventbrite is the industry leader in event registration, I especially like their search functionality which allows your event to extend far beyond your personal network. For personalized invites, I prefer to use the elegant Paperless Post.

Website Design: Squarespace is my favorite service for web design. It is easy to use, plays well with others and has beautiful template options. If the $12/month fee is too steep for you, check out Weebly.

Social Media Scheduling: If you are a solo-preneur who runs your own business and does your own social media, these services will CHANGE. YOUR. LIFE. My preferred service is Hootsuite, but Buffer is great as well.

Client Management: Mind Body Online is the leader in client management for wellness professionals. Their platform makes scheduling, promoting and reporting easier. They have also recently added some great low-cost advertising options on their app. Click here for a free demo and month of service.*

Inspiration: Running a business can sometimes be frustrating and in the very worst moments feel hopeless. I turn to TED talks to boost my morale. Current faves include: Amy Cuddy and Simon Sinek.
